The Food Shoot
- Decide what images you need now and future with your Graphics Designer. If you do not have one, we can provide one. Planning these images will save costs in the short and long run.
- Outline the project with the photographer, stylists and your team, going over details such as total shots, mood, uses, placements, props, background, deadline. This allows for a more accurate estimate. In some cases, an estimate can be provided to you on the same call.
- Agree on the estimate & schedule the shoot. Depending on the size of the shoot, a pre-production meeting might be needed to discuss layout, props, backgrounds, mood, style, shoot order, special needs, responsibilities, etc. For a smaller shoot, a meeting on the day of the shoot itself will be sufficient.
- During the shoot, the images will be displayed on a laptop or a larger screen for approval. You should ensure the appropriate personnel is present in order to make approval decisions.
- We provide post-processing/retouching services to enhance the product. Because this process is extremely detailed oriented, the final product will be delievered within 2-3 days of the photoshoot.
